Service on this weekend includes a commitment to attend training sessions on Friday, July 13th, from 6:30-9:30 PM, and Saturday July 14th from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. No exceptions will be allowed from this commitment.
Below you will find an online version of the Staff Application form. Serving on staff includes a commitment to attend all training sessions and a commitment to arrive at The Wesley Center no later than 5:00PM on Wednesday, August 22nd, 2012. This application must be received by the Moderator no later than June 29th, 2012. The fee for staff members is $300 per person plus $25 for training and scholarships are available. All fees are due by the training weekend. If you would like to serve on the staff then please provide the information requested below and press the Submit Application button located near the bottom of the form. (One form per applicant, please.) This information will be automatically sent to the Moderator. You will receive a letter (by mail) from the Moderator acknowledging receipt of your application and providing you with additional information regarding the weekend. If you do not receive this letter within two weeks after submitting your application then please contact the Moderator directly by email (see address below).
